Paola Martinez is a CPA and CFP® professional passionate about helping people make confident financial decisions with clarity and purpose. With over 13 years of experience in accounting, tax strategy, and financial planning, she helps individuals, families, and business owners create practical financial strategies that support their goals and simplify their lives.
Her unique background in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, and Financial planning allows her to combine analytical expertise with a real-world understanding of how financial decisions impact everyday life. She believes financial planning should be approachable, personalized, and empowering—not overwhelming.
Originally from Colombia, Paola built her career in the United States through hard work, perseverance, and a commitment to lifelong learning. Today, she serves clients in both English and Spanish and is known for bringing structure, clarity, and genuine care to every client relationship.
Outside of work, Paola enjoys playing tennis, traveling, painting, and spending time with her family and friends. She believes that great financial planning starts with understanding what matters most to each person and building a plan that supports the life they want to live.

Vee is the Client Experience Specialist at Yellow Oak Financial Planning. She helps create a seamless and welcoming experience for clients while supporting the firm's day-to-day operations. With a background in bookkeeping, administrative support, and client service, she is passionate about keeping processes organized and ensuring clients feel informed and supported every step of the way.

Adriana is an Industrial Engineer with more than 15 years of experience in business operations, budgeting, financial analysis, and process improvement. At Yellow Oak Financial Planning, she supports the firm's operations and compliance initiatives, helping create an organized and seamless experience for both clients and the team.
Her background in forecasting, financial reporting, and business analysis gives her a strong understanding of how financial decisions impact long-term success.
